Platform & Operations

Designing and building the foundation software runs on, then continuously understanding and improving its state — cloud, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and managed operations.

Infrastructure gets built once under deadline pressure and then nobody owns it. Configuration drifts from what's documented, nobody can say with confidence what depends on what, and the first sign of a real problem is an outage, not a dashboard.

A platform that's understood, not just running.

We connect provisioning with daily operation, managing configuration as code and making actual state observable. Roles and operational coverage are agreed for each environment. Within the shared CoRISE lifecycle, this domain places the heaviest weight on Build, Integrate and Operate.

Three capability groups, from the foundation up through the pipelines and observability that keep it healthy.
